Gather a mix of some inexpensive blooms from the grocery store or your local Farmer's Market

Repurpose vintage bottles, jars, and ceramics to create mini bouquets

Recycle soup and coffee cans. Then, paint them with leftover paint or sample cans from the hardware store to create a casual and cheerful centerpiece

I did something very similar to this by using flower patterned tumblers I purchased on sale at Anthropologie to create small arrangements for each guest' place setting {very inexpensively}.
What is your favorite Spring flower? Do you have a unique way you like to display flowers in your home? I'd love to to hear about it!

these are all so perfect! i love arrangements like these around the house ... and so easy to pull together!
I like carnations - they are inexpensive so I don't feel bad if I kill them. I like putting them in vintage milk bottles - but they never look as pretty as the ones in your blog post!

Hi Suzanne ~
Thanks for posting these cheery ideas ~ a perfect find on the first day of April (and that's no foolin!).
Last month I posted a lovely image of a grouping of vintage glass vessels that had all white single stem flowers that was really fresh and lovely as well.
Thanks again for your inspiration!
Happy April,
Carol
Oh how I love the little egg cups!
I love it all. I just bought a bouquet of daises and poms today at the grocery store because I couldn't resist.

these are all just so pretty!! I think the egg cups are my favorite! xo
these are sooo pretty! i was just thinking today i wanted to come up with some new display ideas! I always put them in my old blue-tinted mason jars and old glasses and little bottles i collect....favorite spring flowers? whatever pops up each week: first daffodils, then tulips, then lily of the valley (from my landlady's garden!), then the lilacs, and branches of cherry and peach blossoms, then just before summer: peonies and sweet peas!! and throughout i always pick little bunches of violas and pansies and put them in tiny etched dessert wine glasses...
umm--thanks for asking? what are your favorites?
I adore the mini-bouquet ideas! All the little containers are so pretty! What a clever idea! -e
