I have fallen head over heels in love with each little storied piece discovered in
Betsy Carr's inspired jewelry line, Foundling. Each trinket in the Foundling collection is handmade using vintage, found, or recycled materials–creating a one-of-a-kind treasure for its lucky recipient.

I'm particularly fond of the pieces pictured, but found plenty more lovelies for you to browse in Foundling's etsy shop

With Mother's Day and college graduations fast approaching, I was pleased to find the prices in Betsy's shop to be quite reasonable and I adore her exquisite gift wrap that comes with each little pretty. { letteria: how do I love thee? }

let me count the ways...

: : :

I first discovered the letterpress loveliness of designer Christa Schumacher-Schwarz, of Letteria, through her captivating photos on flickr. I was immediately drawn to the clean, lustrous feel of her images, which so eloquently capture the Swiss influence of her Zweidlen, (near Zurich) Switzerland based studio.

To be honest, you don't have to do much for me to go ga-ga over letterpress goods-I love just about anything letterpress.  I'm sure you'll agree, however, that the cool sophistication of Christa's designs is extraordinary.

Christa compares the experience of starting her endeavor and acquiring and using her letterpress for the first time to 'winning the lottery'. { Lucky us that she went for it! }

The process...

You can't help but be insipired by the passion in her work...

Happy Friday everyone...thanks so much for continuing to stop by my little corner of the world. Have a wonderful weekend!!!

Childhood memories, vintage finds and a fascination with the adventures of 'Alice in Wonderland' inspire each piece in Hoolala's storied collection of fun jewelry designs from Northhampton, England. Treat yourself or a well deserving friend to the sterling silver and pewter Smile necklace (l) or the silver vintage Magical Wishing Chair necklace (r).
